Project TEEM (Teaching Energy Efficiency Measures) is a program funded by Vectren.

You must income qualify and be a Vectren customer to be eligible for this program.

There are two programs by Vectren, the first is like HWAP and you cannot exceed 200% of the poverty guidelines to qualify, but Vectren has allowed a second program for customers that fall in the range between 201-300% of poverty level, which allows more clients to be served.

This program is very similar to the HWAP program and may allow for more measures to be completed on your home.

It may include the following:

  • The home energy inspection
  • Attic and wall insulation
  • Air sealing
  • Safety checks on gas appliances
  • Gas furnace or water heater repairs or replacement

The Vectren – Project TEEM program can make your home safer and more comfortable while reducing your monthly gas usage and lower your bill.
